Masjid Darus Salaam strives to make Islamic education of the highest degree accessible to the public. In our rich Islamic heritage, the best generations were deeply in touch with sacred Islamic knowledge to drive themselves and their communities forward. The lack of sacred knowledge will hinder us in the pursuit of those aims. We will also be much more susceptible to the trickery of our carnal desires and the Devil. Similarly, our goal is to provide programs and classes on many different levels and topics to enrich and enable the seeker of this sacred knowledge.

Our prosperity as an ummah not only lies with our determination to attain knowledge but also to practice it. Al-Baghdadi mentions:

“The value of knowledge is dependent on implementation, the value of implementation is dependent on sincerity, and sincerity rests upon understanding that Divine Enablement is granted only from Allah Himself.”
